About the Project
CodeWave is a Polish software house that develops digital products with a focus on real-world impact. With Wystawi.AI, the team addressed a common challenge faced by doctors: the complex and time-consuming process of issuing e-prescriptions. CodeWave created both the mobile application and the website, building a complete ecosystem based on Flotiq Headless CMS.
The Challenge
In Poland, issuing an e-prescription is a multi-step procedure - often requiring up to 14 actions, including repeated logins, SMS confirmations, and electronic signatures. While the official system functions correctly, it is slow and inconvenient in everyday use, especially on mobile devices. The complexity of the process also applies when doctors issue prescriptions for themselves or their closest family members. CodeWave saw the opportunity to simplify this routine and make it faster, easier, and mobile-friendly.
The Solution
CodeWave developed Wystawi.AI, the first mobile application in Poland designed to simplify the prescription process for doctors. The app is fully compliant with Polish healthcare regulations and connected with the national pacjent.gov.pl system and the National Register of Medicinal Products.
Key features include: • Prescription issued in seconds, via a few taps or a voice command. • Local storage of family data on the device for quick reuse and full privacy. • Search of the National Register of Medicinal Products. • Biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint) instead of repeated logins. • Automatic transfer of prescriptions to the Patient Account. • Alongside the mobile app, CodeWave also built the Wystawi.AI website, managed with Flotiq to enable fast updates, content flexibility, and SEO optimisation.
