Having previous experience in high profile advertising projects, we proposed to tailor the existing Content Management System (CMS). It reduced the cost, timeline, and complexity of the endeavor. It also catered for rapid adaptation of changing requirements. While working in different time zones is often seen as problematic, we took advantage of it. Changes introduced by our team each day were thoroughly verified during our night time, with rapid feedback enabling flexibility for the project. Understanding the need to properly address web accessibility standards (WCAG), we augmented the team with additional senior developer to focus on tweaking the CMS. We were meeting the client on daily synchronization calls to discuss the latest developments and to ensure we were always on the same page.

Tesco is one of the biggest global groceries and global merchandise retailer. Codewave have been engaged in development of web solutions for this worldwide brand since 2003. As a strategic partner of CzArt Advertising Agency we have created a variety of web applications as well as backend solutions and a mass-mailing tool tailored to Tesco specific needs. We are also in charge of infrastructure maintenance, servers administration and performance optimisation of Tesco's website.
It would be very difficult to find at least one Tesco marketing campaign where Codewave has not been involved. Our team in cooperation with CzART agency supported Tesco with designs, technical expertise and development. Our team was invited to implement the Complex CMS for publishing different sorts of content on Tesco website, synchronizing data with external sources, integrated with CRM modules.
Main goal for the project was to find a way that allows Tesco editors to create and improve modules and services using some kind of a visual wizard. The scope of work included development (system architecture, programming, testing), and tasks related to the user interface (user experience, user interface). Currently, the system is used to create content in a major number of Tesco Web Service modules.

Royan Canin is a French company producing high quality pet food.Since Codewave is a strategic partner for several agencies and companies around the world sometimes they contact us to support them with our technical expertise. In this case agency was not happy with the current supplier responsible for the CMS system implementation for Royal Canin. Fortunately it was the beginning of the project and our engineers could quickly take over responsibility for the development work. Goal was to rescue the project and deliver the best possible solution.
The biggest challenge in the project was the system architecture. It was supposed to be fast and reliable. It also supposed to handle thousand of requests processed by built in search engine. Platform should allow users to search for products, cats and dogs breeds. The last but not least requirement was to design stores locator map.
